Development of Smart Air Purifier for Reducing Indoor Particulate Matter

Abstract Indoor air quality is crucial to observe because most people spend 90% of their time in the room. influenced by various parameters, especially PM 2,5 , from a mixture outside and inside room itself. If occupants are exposed this parameter continuously, it will affect occupant’s health significantly. Hence, necessary control indoor if exceeds specified standards. One technology reduce an purifier. Air purifiers generally composed exhaust fan, HEPA filter, pre-filter. purifiers’ evolution smart-air-purifier. Smart-air-purifier can automatically adjust speeds fan so as minimizes electricity costs. The designed smart system classify concentration based on fuzzy logic flow rate settings using pulse width modulation (PWM). In addition, analyze performance purifier, we test chamber. results show purifier reducing clean delivery measurement its power consumption which minimize 67.42% use than commercial purifiers.
